The Design Criteria & Guidelines consist of established minimum requirements that will be used to regulate land development at Town Center to promote design treatments that enhance the visual appearance of development, ensure compatibility of buildings and create a strong community image and to protect community aesthetics. All developers, contractors, architects, engineers, and property owners shall adhere to the Design Criteria & Guidelines in conjunction with all applicable City of Palm Coast codes, the American with Disabilities Act, the terms and conditions of the DRI/DO, PUD and Assignments and Declarations.
Design Criteria & Guidelines are supported by the Declarant of the Assignments and Declarations and the Town Center Architectural Review Board (“ARB”).
